Hand forged boning knife in Takefu suminagashi clad Blue 2 san mai.

The san mai blade has a vtoku2 carbon steel core with multi layer suminagashi cladding. 50:50 sabre grind, will suit both right and left handed users.

Handle is made from a beautiful piece of dyed and stabilised quilted Maple with a black G10 spacer.

Blade length 175mm tip to heel.

Blade width 32mm tall at the heel.

Handle length 135mm and overall length is 310mm.
